Psycho But It’s Okay sendiri menyebutkan kisah seorang petugas kesehatan kelompok sosial di bangsal psikiatris yang tak punya waktu untuk cinta dan penulis buku cerita yang tak pernah mengetahui cinta. Sesudah berjumpa satu sama lain, keduanya pelan mulai menyembuhkan luka emosionil satu sama lain.
Kim Soo Hyun berperan sebagai protagonis kesepian Moon Kang Tae yang menjadi pencari nafkah keluarganya pada umur dini sesudah dia dan saudaranya kehilangan orang tua mereka. Seo Ye Ji akan berubah menjadi Go Moon Young, penulis buku si kecil-buah hati yang berhasil tetapi menderita gangguan kepribadian antisosial.
