Dalam wawancara dengan Woman DongA yang dirilis pada Rabu (27/11), Ku Hye Sun berdiskusi perihal apa yang menyebabkan perceraiannya dengan Ahn Jae Hyun. Tetapi artis wanita kelahiran 1984 itu juga mengenang ketika-ketika di mana dia sungguh-sungguh mencintai sang suami. Dia mengakui bahwa padahal dia tak pernah percaya pada cinta, ada satu waktu saat dia hampir mencintai Ahn Jae Hyun.
Waktu di mana saya paling berterima beri terhadap suamiku ialah saat kami menemukan seekor burung mati di halaman belakang kami. Saya benar-benar takut hingga menangis, dan padahal ia juga takut, ia dengan berani membungkusnya dengan saputangan dan menguburnya, ungkapnya.
Ku Hye Sun kemudian menanggapi pengakuan Ahn Jae Hyun tentang dirinya menerima perawatan karena depresi akibat pernikahannya yang menyiksa. Kali ini bintang drama hits KBS "Boys Over Flowers" itu memberikan komentar cukup sinis.

Mengenai agenda masa depannya, Ku Hye Sun mengungkapkan ketertarikannya untuk melanjutkan akting. Saya tahu saya bilang saya akan pensiun sementara. Itu sebab saya berselisih dengan agensiku dan tak dapat berprofesi, melainkan saya masih benar-benar berkeinginan berakting, ujarnya.
Saya dahulu mempunyai mimpi besar sebagai pemeran film wanita atau penulis, namun akan betul-betul menyiksa diri dikala mimpi itu tak menjadi kenyataan. Saya tak akan mengerjakan itu lagi. Kurasa saya akan puas cuma dengan selembar kertas dan sekarung kuas di atas meja kecil. Saya mau menggambar, menulis, berimajinasi, tidur, dan bangun. Akan benar-benar menyenangkan kalau saya juga dapat menjadi artis wanita yang lebih dewasa, tambah Ku Hye Sun.
